What is the main reason women should tune in to your webinar later this month?
To improve and raise your visibility, your recognition, your confidence level and your ability to connect with both prospects and clients internally and externally.
Can we really learn how to become better communicators in an hour?!
I have had clients that I work with for 30 minutes who say “Oh my gosh, this has really changed so much." So, the answer is “yes!" I give practical, actionable tips and techniques that you can employ the next minute, hour or day that can considerably improve the way that you’re perceived. It also can change your mindset so that you can listen and hear and express yourself and understand the chemistry of communication differently than you did 10 minutes before.
What is the number one mistake people tend to make when trying to communicate in the workplace?
The number one mistake is assuming that your listener has the same communication style that you do. Therefore you make the assumption that the communication was received the way that you intended it to be received, but in reality people hear and understand things according to the way that they’re comfortable communicating. People have their own cognitive bias, their own way of interpreting events, as well as their preconceptions about you and the communication. It’s also important to understand how much your nonverbal communication is impacting the way people understand or hear you.
