The Drug, Chemical & Associated Technologies Association (DCAT) modifies its refund policy to best fit each of its individual programs events. Policy for each program and event is outlined on the registration page for the event.

DCAT has worked to ensure that all refund policies are reasonable and fair to both event registrants and the DCAT organization. If necessary, refund requests will be reviewed and evaluated on a case-to-case basis.
