Planning to leave the Waldorf-Astoria early?  If you are planning to check out before the date you originally planned, you should advise the Waldorf at or before check-in to avoid an early check-out fee of $75.

Name Badges: To have your name badge(s) mailed to you prior to DCAT Week, your registration must be received by Friday, March 8, 2006.  All confirmations and badges will be sent to the first person on your registration list or to the pre-determined dinner/table contact.

If you register online after March 8th you must pick up your badge at the DCAT Suite located at the Waldorf during DCAT Week.  Tickets for the Annual Dinner can also be purchased during DCAT Week if availability exists.

Any cancellations after 12:00 pm EST on February 17, 2006 will be assessed an administrative processing fee of $50.00 per table or $20.00 per ticket as well as the cost of any guarantees made by DCAT to the host facility on behalf of a company or individual.

At the request of hotel security, DCAT Annual Dinner guests must wear the official name badge provided by DCAT.  If your company makes special badges for its guests, please be advised that these will not gain guests entrance into the Grand Ballroom and East and West Foyers.  It is imperative that each guest wears the DCAT Dinner badge.  Please advise your guests, colleagues and company representatives of this policy, as no exceptions will be made.

DCAT Dinner General Reception: Gather with your friends and colleagues prior to the 80th DCAT Annual Dinner at the DCAT Dinner General Reception for hors d’oeuvres, cocktails and conversation. This reception will be held Thursday, March 23rd from 6:00 – 7:00 pm in the Jade Room at the Waldorf-Astoria.

80th DCAT Annual Dinner: The DCAT Dinner will begin at 7:00 pm. Following the Dinner, attendees are invited to visit the member company hospitality suites located throughout the hotel.
