Please note: DCAT does not prorate dues. The fiscal year runs from November 1st to October 31st. New membership applications, or renewals from previous members, received prior to August 15th will be applied to the current fiscal year. Applications and renewals received on or after August 15th will be applied to the upcoming fiscal year. Each August 15th, dues are billed to current members. For those companies that do not renew, membership ends October 31st.
