Reserve Your Suite for DCAT Week ‘13
During DCAT Week, business meeting and hospitality suites in the Waldorf-Astoria, Waldorf Towers and InterContinental Hotels are held by DCAT for its members use and can only be secured by contacting the DCAT office. If you contact the hotels directly, they will not be able to reserve a suite for you and will refer you to the DCAT office.

Business Meeting Suites: Convenient and Efficient
If your company representatives plan to conduct meetings during DCAT Week, you’ll want to do it at one of our Official DCAT Week Hotels. Why?… Companies want to make the most of their time and make it convenient and efficient for their guests. DCAT member companies hosting business meetings during DCAT Week can take advantage of lower suite rates at the Waldorf and InterContinental Hotels. They can also select from a variety of meeting suite sizes and locations. All suites have attached bedrooms that your company representative may utilize. Consider the ease of having meetings at an Official DCAT Week Hotel!
There is a minimum of two nights for all suites.

Renewing a Business Meeting Suite
The renewal process begins in September. If your company held a business suite
in 2012, your suite contact will receive a renewal form after your company renews
its membership. This form is used to request the same suite for 2013. To request
a change in suite location or size, or to indicate that a suite will not be needed by
your company this year, please contact Jeanne Motola at 800-640-DCAT or
jeanne@dcat.org. The Waldorf cannot guarantee that your company will have the
same business suite as the previous year, but will do their best to provide a
comparable option.
To ensure your reservation, forms should be completed and
returned directly to the DCAT office as soon as possible, but prior to
November 9, 2012.
First-Time Business Meeting Suite Holders
If your company did not hold a business suite in 2012 and would like to reserve
one, contact Jeanne Motola at 800-640-DCAT or
jeanne@dcat.org. DCAT will do
its best to accommodate your request, but all suite reservations are based on
availability. All suite reservations must be secured through the DCAT office.
Dual Usage
Companies that purchase a table at the Annual Dinner are eligible to host public
or private hospitality before or after the Annual Dinner in their business suite.
InterContinental Hotel
Increased demand and appreciation for our continued business has prompted
the InterContinental Hotel to dedicate more business suites to DCAT's room
block. Reservations are filling up fast, so please contact Jeanne Motola at
jeanne@dcat.org or call 1-800-640-3228 to take advantage of any available openings.

A select group of suites have been secured for members to conduct business
meetings. Suites are secured and room number guaranteed prior to DCAT Week.
The rooms will fit 6-8 persons nicely for business meetings and can also be used
as a sleeping room. To reserve a suite or for additional information, call the DCAT
office at 800-640-3228 and ask for Jeanne.
Hospitality Suites at the Waldorf: Entertain Customers and Colleagues
There’s no better way to meet and entertain industry representatives than by hosting a hospitality reception preceding or immediately after the Annual Dinner on Thursday, March 14.
Hospitality suites are available only to member companies that have purchased a table at the Annual Dinner. Hospitality suites are available in a variety of sizes and locations on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have never hosted a hospitality reception, now is the time to plan one!
