To DCAT Annual Dinner Contacts:
The DCAT Annual Dinner Payment and Guest Registration System is designed to help you manage your dinner guest seating arrangements. When you first login, you will be able to view and pay your company’s Annual Dinner table invoice. To reserve the table(s) you must pay the invoice by December 31, 2016. Just a reminder that table assignments will be updated to this system once the table selection process has been completed the first week of January, 2017. After your table(s) have been assigned, you will be able to enter the names of guests at your company’s table(s), view the number of unassigned seats still remaining, move guests between tables and generate reports.

The badges will be sent to you by express mail or USPS on or around March 9, 2017. For security purposes, these distinctive badges must be worn to gain admittance to the ballroom. Please note that if you want to deliver the badges to your guests in a timely fashion, you need to submit the information by 12:00 pm (ET) on Wednesday, March 8, 2017. By entering the information by this date, you will also secure their names in The Annual Dinner Booklet. If you do not wish to include the names of your guests in this booklet, please contact Diane Packard at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Badges for guests entered after March 8th must be picked up during DCAT Week at the DCAT Office in The Rockefeller Room at the InterContinental Hotel. Although this may sound convenient, DCAT Week is a busy time and schedule conflicts may prevent you or your company representative from picking up your guests’ badges before the Annual Dinner. So please, try to register your guests before the deadlines noted above.
The information that you enter is secure and confidential and will not be released until it is published in The Annual Dinner Booklet.
