reserved a block of sleeping rooms in a variety of styles for your convenience. The Waldorf will
always provide those who reserve rooms within the DCAT room block the best rooms available at
the time of check-in. Rooms at the Waldorf go fast so don’t delay.
Contact the Waldorf at 1-800-WALDORF (925-3673). Please tell your reservations agent that you
are with the DCAT group. Use code DCA to receive special low rates and the best rooms.
Reservations may also be made online by visiting www.waldorf.com. Go to Accommodations and
then Reservations. Fill in your selected dates and under the Special Accounts section, use the
“Group/Convention Code” box to type in code DCA.
Sorry, those who use online services (i.e. Orbitz, Hotels.com, etc.) or corporate travel offices
cannot be moved to rooms within the DCAT block, even if they are members of the organization.
Therefore, we urge you to make your reservations via the Waldorf/Hilton reservations office.
The Waldorf Towers
If your preference is the Waldorf Towers for sleeping rooms, please advise reservations when you are
calling the Waldorf. You cannot use the Waldorf website for reservations in the Towers.
Additional Hotel Rooms at the Intercontinental are Available!
DCAT is pleased to announce that we have secured a block of additional hotel rooms at the InterContinental Barclay Hotel, New York for DCAT Week 2008! The hotel is conveniently located adjacent from the Waldorf at 111 E. 48th St. The DCAT room block rates will be in effect for March 10th-13th. If your company representatives plan to conduct meetings during DCAT Week, you’ll want to do it
at the Waldorf. Why? Companies want to make the most of their time and make it convenient and
efficient for their guests. DCAT member companies hosting business meetings during DCAT Week
can take advantage of lower suite rates at the Waldorf. They can also select from a variety of
meeting suite sizes and locations. Consider the ease of meetings at the Waldorf! For information

New Meeting Rooms Available in the DCAT Member Lounge
Two private conference rooms will be available for use throughout the week for DCAT Members. These conference rooms will be located in the Marco Polo Suite at the Waldorf.
Meeting Room Details:
- Rental Rate of $250 per ½ hour meeting. Fee will go to benefit future DCAT programs and services
- Members are limited to 2 meeting reservations. Additional reservations will be considered based on availability.
- Rooms are 11”x11”. Includes 1 Round table that seats 8.
- No A/V is available
- No Food & Beverage service. Refreshments are available in the Members Lounge.
Reservations are required. Payment must be received by Friday, February 29th to confirm reservation. All reservations will be based on a first come, first served basis.
